The bank invites applications from eligible Nepali citizens for permanent recruitment through an open competition. The recruitment process has been approved by the Public Service Commission, and the vacant positions align with the approved staff positions for the fiscal year 2081/82.

Written Examination: To be conducted by the Public Service Commission.
Interview: Shortlisted candidates from the written test will be called for an interview.
Practical Test: Required for the Junior Assistant (Gold Tester) position.

Applicants in the inclusive category must submit the following relevant certificates:
Adivasi/Janajati: Certificate from the National Foundation for the Development of Indigenous Nationalities.
Madhesi: Certification from a government-approved institution.
Dalit: Certification from the National Dalit Commission.
Persons with Disabilities: Disability identity card or medical certificate.
Backward Areas: Proof of citizenship and residency from designated districts (Achham, Kalikot, Jajarkot, etc.).
Selected candidates will be assigned to any branch of the bank.
Minimum service period:
Group Ka and Kha: 3 years
Group Ga: 4 years
Group Gha and Nga: 5 years
Preferences for posting among Assistants and Junior Assistants will be based on merit rankings after the written exam.
